Kratom Connection is a small kratom vendor that seems to be struggling to sell their stock. Since there is a scarcity of online reviews and testimonials, we can only assume that the bulk of their business goes to some of their local smoke and head shops. Although a few of their products are potent, their premium price means that customers will often lose value by working with them.
Kratom Connection Products
One of the dismaying aspects about KC is that they don’t seem to mind selling their products in areas of the country where Kratom is expressly banned. A head shop that’s advertised on their website sells Kratom in Chula Vista, which is part of San Diego’s metropolitan area. If you didn’t know, the city of San Diego banned Kratom back in 2016.
Their Green Borneo Kratom and Green Maeng Da were shown, on occasion, to be effective and even potent. Even if we don’t particularly like the vendor, their Green Borneo was outstanding – we felt stimulated and energized for a good three hours. On the other hand, their White Maeng Da was the complete opposite, as the same dosage brought about slight dizziness and an annoying headache.
Although we do not agree with their policy to sell Kratom everywhere, we cannot ignore the fact that some of their products are effective. A significant con that brings down our Kratom Connection review is the lack of a GMP certified facility for packaging, as well as the fact that there is no mention of whether their batches are tested for safety purposes.
Regardless of how good a powder is, we cannot wholeheartedly recommend it if it does not guarantee the consumer’s safety.
Prices
At $35 for 100g of White MD, KC is still one of the pricier vendors out there. Despite the fact that some of their products are potent, we’ve experienced similar and even better at more affordable rates. The owner does their best to advertise promotions and offers on social media and Reddit, but the community is overall weary of them. If we were you, we’d listen to the wisdom of the crowd on this one.
Shipping
A great aspect of working with KC is that they have a free shipping option through USPS First Class. On average, your package should arrive in no more than a business week, which is satisfactory.
For orders of $55 and over, you can opt for free USPS Priority Mail shipping, which will typically see that your Kratom is delivered in 72 hours, not counting official holidays and weekends. A major selling point of their business is that you can order Kratom from them anywhere in the United States.
Unfortunately, we cannot agree with this practice. Local Kratom bans might not be equitable, but even an unfair law has to be either respected or changed. There’s no other way around it.
Customer Support
A pro for this Kratom Connection review is the vendor’s customer support team. If you’re looking to place or have placed an order already, you can easily get in touch with them and any inquiries will be answered promptly. Sometimes, they’ll send out sample packs for customers to try, but this doesn’t happen very often.
Client Testimonials
Unfortunately, there is a scarcity of verified customer reviews for this vendor. Most of the testimonials for KC that we could find are more than a couple of years old. It’s likely that the bulk of their business takes place in their retail head shop, which is not something inherently bad, but will certainly explain the higher prices:
“Since I have trouble sleeping, I thought I’d give Kratom Connection’s Green Maeng Da a try. After about half an hour, I was completely relaxed and I dozed off into one of the most restful nights I’ve had in years. I’m definitely buying from them again.”

“I tried KC’s Green Malay with a co-worker. We both have the graveyard shift and a kick is much-needed once in a while. I was disappointed at how little of an effect it had on me. I’m no veteran Kratom consumer, but I’ve had my fair share of pills and powders and this just didn’t work.”

Is It a Reliable Vendor?
We cannot endorse Kratom Connection as a reliable kratom vendor for several reasons. They make it a point to sell their product throughout areas where it is banned and their merchandise is not tested for safety or purity reasons – to mention a few.
Some of their Kratom is good, but we don’t know whether the price and the risk are worth it. We’d much rather go with a certified website that regularly tests their merchandise, such as The Golden Monk.
